The end accepts different types of attachments, which makes it easy to find the right one for our needs. Extended fully, it is still stable enough to brush off snow. We also attach a light bulb changer when we need to replace bulbs in the ceiling fans in the great room. It works well for this also. 5 of 6 people found the following review helpful Telescopic Pole review, By Timo (Maryland) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: UNGTF900 - Tele-Plus Pole (Office Product) This item works well. Your arms may get a bit tired, but it will allow you to clean spots two stories off the ground without climbing a ladder.I will buy other sizes of this pole also to use when I don't need thirty feet of reach. Although it stores in itself, it is too heavy for me to use when I only need twelve foot of pole. But for thirty feet, it is the best. 13 of 18 people found the following review helpful Beats Climbing Ladders!, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: UNGTF900 - Tele-Plus Pole (Office Product) I bought this item to avoid having to position and climb a 30 foot ladder to string Xmas lights on my dad's house. He has a two-story contemporary style house with an 8-12 pitch roof - an obstacle treacherous enough to scare off a locally-respected roofing contractor a few years ago. I didn't order it in time to avoid having to put up the lights the old-fashioned way, but I was able to take them down fairly easily with the Unger TF900.And it's not cheap, certainly, but neither is surgery, rehab, or a wheelchair, all of which my dad has undergone in the past thanks to the aforementioned roof. |
