Purchased this stand along with a "Ameristep Grizzly Climber". Both around the same price range, but this stand far surpasses the Ameristep.
Went together fairly smooth, had to loosen a couple bolts to get the U shaped part to line up.
The paint is a lighter green...and it's almost glossy which could be an issue for some people.
Very comfortable to sit in. Not incredibly heavy, I weighed it without the body harness and found it is right around 28 pounds.
The Ameristep is uncomfortable to sit in, the bar out in front hit's your knees no matter the distance between the two parts or loosening of the seat. This CBI Climber did not have this issue and was great to sit in.
Highly Recommended for around $100, but it doesn't compete with the higher end brands. (I know from experience.

I found this treestand to be very good. It was very easy to assemble despite the terrible instructions. It is easy to climb with and extrememly comfortable once you get it set right. The only problem i have with it is that the base ddoesn't quite slide all the way into the top frame for carrying although it is still relatively quiet walking into the woods. Altogether i greatly enjoy this stand and plan to use it for years to come.

Good Construction,easy to assemble. Although the directions are horrible, if you've never put one together it could take a while. The stand climbs great sits good. can switch the seat around to face the tree. stand is on the heavy side and bulky carrying out in the woods but it is quiet.
