Was not happy at all with product defective design. I don't recommend the part that goes on the ladder into the pool kept coming off. Returned after one week for refund.

I found the ladder to be of poor quality. I bought a used/ in prerfect condition one, and the hardware was missing. The paint comes off the grab bars easily.The only good feature in my opinion is the lower ladder is plastic and won't corrode, Save your money and buy a better brand.

Received ladder on time and found easy assembly. I use this for access into above ground pool from wood deck. The plate on the bottom will change angle to conform with pool sides.
