Just received ladder today. Unwrapping all the sticky tape was a pain and it took off part of the safety warning label. The ladder itself feels high quality. Lots of surfaces to put tools and junk. I'll be using it mainly to reach smoke detectors on ceiling. Tray to place battery and device will be convenient. One problem is that the leg lock/carry handle was not included in my shipment.

I saw this ladder in a hardware store and coveted it. It is so practical. Indentations and little drawers to keep all those parts from falling on the floor when you climb a ladder. This was a great invention

My husband got this ladder as a gift. I have been doing spring cleaning --- reaching high places - plus - feeling safe. This ladder is light weight and so easy to open and close. My husband wants to keep this ladder in his shop - but I want it in the house.
