Idou fills in Bambi & Meshie fills in Kaguya, finally giving us a large amount of the story. We finally find out Kagami's connection to Kaguya & Seeu & their connection to the whole end of the universe thing. Bambi meets her sister, takes up Living Weapon Pyro, & embarks on her first campaign destroying a collapser for Emperor Kura in 7 minutes. 5.0 out of 5 stars Shoujo Manga with a plot!, July 16, 2003
This review is from: Planet Ladder, Vol. 5 (Paperback)
Planet Ladder is my all-time favorite manga, and I don't say this lightly. The art is beautiful, and the plot is refreshingly complex. Sure, those summaries on the back may make Planet Ladder look simple, or even dopey, but once you start reading it's another story. All the characters are complicated and unique.

Simply put, if you want a beautiful shoujo manga with some real substance, try Planet Ladder. Two thumbs up!
